On Oct. 28, at the 2nd Sino-Indonesian Energy Forum, in the presence of Director of China development & reform Commission Makai and Deputy Director Zhangguobao, as well as Indonesia’s Minister of Energy & Mineral Resources Purnomo, President Caoguang, on behalf of Chengda Engineering Corporation, signed the turn-key contract for Indonesia BOSOWA 2x100 MW Coal-fired Power Plant Project with the Owner of Indonesia BOSOWA Project. Vice President Luzhengping, on behalf of Chengda, signed HOA for 1,500 TPA synthesis ammonia and 2,640 TPA urea project using coal as the raw material, with President of Sichuan Chemical Stock-controlled Corporation Cai Bingzhong and the Indonesian partner. The above two HPA projects were covered in the Memorandum signed by the Director of China Development & Reform Commission and Indonesia’s Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Purnomo.
