On Nov. 8th, 2006, a grand ceremony was held at Fujian LNG Project Site for the roof-mounting of 2# storage tank TK0202 of Fujian LNG Terminal & Trunkline Project which was jointly undertaken by Chengda and CBI. This event signifies that the two 160,000 cubic meter LNG low-temperature storage tanks have had roof mounted, reaching an important milestone. This project has covered investment of 2.3 billion RMB, with the overall progress of 41.18%.

Hundreds of Chinese and foreign guests including Deputy Nomarch of Fujian Province Su Zengtian, Vice President of CNOOC Wu Zhenfang, and President of Fujian Natural Gas Co. Ltd of CNOOC, Zhanghao were present at the ceremony and witnessed the exciting moment. Vice President of Chengda Lu Zheyu and Project Manager Hou Chongyi attended the ceremony on invitation.
