In the morning of Nov. 24, 2006, Counselors of the state council Guo Tingjie and Fu Zhengkai, accompanied by relevant personnel, made a special trip to Chengda to conduct investigation and study with the theme of “National enterprises contracting overseas engineering projects”. Chengda’s President Caoguang and Vice President Sunzhi met with and held talks with the visitors. The counselors of the State Council expressed their heart-felt congratulations on Chengda’s achievements in overseas projects, as well as their concerns over some problems in overseas project contracting. And they will make special report on this subject to the relevant leader of the State Council.
