On Dec. 27, 2006, Our company signed a contract with Asian Silicon Industrial Co. Ltd. at Chengda’s headquarter for engineering design for an annual capacity of a thousand ton scale polysiliconproject. This project is going to be built at DongchuanIndustrial Park in Economic and Technical Development District of Xinning City, QinghaiProvince. The total investment for this project is approx. RMB 1 billion. It’s expected to be put into service in the year 2008.
