On June 4th 2006, Deputy Nomarch Mr. Huang Xiaoxiang of Sichuan Provincial Government met with Indonesian State Enterprises Minister Mr. Sugiharto and Indonesian Ambassador in P.R.China Mr. Sudrajat. Both the Hosts and the Guests had had a meeting on how to strengthen the cooperation in Indonesian Energy Project and other Economy & Commerce fields.

Indonesian State Enterprises Minister Mr. Sugiharto expressed his high ratings to Indonesia Cliacap 2 í300MW Coal Fired Steam Power Plant Project -- the EPC Project of Chengda Engineering Corporation of China. He announced that this project had been the brand new record of Indonesian Power Plant Construction and he also hoped that CHENGDA and Dongfang Electrical Machinery Co. Ltd could keep on participating in Indonesian Construction. On the behalf of Sichuan Provincial Government Deputy Nomarch Mr. Huang Xiaoxiang expressed that the Government would continuously give CHENGDA strong supports for more Indonesian Projects; and the Government would start up a special organization to deal with the communication and relationships between State Owned Companies; Companies and Banks; as well as the one between companies and government, in order to provide a good business & commercial environment for CHENGDA.

President of PT PLN Indonesia, Minister and Counsellor of Indonesia Embassy in China had attempted at the meeting. Mr. Cao Guang -- President of Chengda Engineering Corporation of China, Mr. Li Shupin -- President of Bank of China Sichuan Branch, Mr. Wen Shugang -- Vice President of Dongfang Electrical Machinery together with Mr. Xin Xiaoguang -- Vice President of Southwest Electric Power Design Institute had also joint the meeting.
