Chengda officially released and carried out “Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System”(QHSE) as of June, 30th, 2006. President Caoguang announced the issuance order and made arrangement and requirements on implementation of Chengda’s “Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System”(QHSE).

In order to guarantee Chengda’s operation and service satisfy the demand of Clients and the requirements of law and rules and regulations, ensure Chengda always upholds the principle of quality being the lifeline, enhance building of a green environment, and continuously improve and optimize the concept of health and safety, Chengda, in accordance with the national standards of GB/T19001-2000, GB/T24001-2004 and GB/T28001-2001, established “Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System” (QHSE), and prepared management documents. The management documents include management manual, procedure documents and working manual, etc. for implementing the management system. The management manual is the guiding documents for implementing and maintaining the management system, meanwhile, it provides basis for a second party and a third party certification and review.

“Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System” (QHSE) of Chengda is the guide to improve self-activities, enhance management as well as raise implementation capability. The management policies and objective (core policies) are the policies Chengda works out for QHSE, which is its commitment and attention to Chengda members and the society.Collective (organization) commitment and all-member participation should be realized, based on which Chengda’s QHSE culture is to be established and maintained to achieve its core value, meanwhile, projecting its influence in relevant parties and cooperative parties. President of Chengda, Caoguang requests all staff members and divisions of each level to continuously keep their implementation capability and try to challenge themselves; and everyone should spare no effort to carry out the QHSE system and regard this as his own duties.
