Recently, 1000 t/y Polycrystalline Silicon Project of Sichuan Xingguang Silicon Technology Industry Co., Ltd, Which has been Engineering Designed by CHENGDA, has been successfully put into production. The Test Run was started up in due form in the evening of Feb 17,2007; and it was stopped on Feb 25,2007. After 8 days normally operation, the product has been got on Feb 26, which was 615 kg in weight, and it was tested to be as qualified as it was required. This successful test run indicates the fully-grown of large-scaled silicon production technology of China.
