On the morning of April 18 2007, CHENGDA’s President Mr. Cao Guang, Vice President Mr. Lu Zeyu, Mr. Xu Mian and Deputy Chief Engineer \Consultant of Sichuan Ethylene Project of Chengdu Government Mr. Chen Wenlong had an audience with the leaders of Sichuan Petrol Chemical Co Ltd. of CNPC. President of Sichuan Petrol Chemical Co Ltd. of CNPC as well as its Vice President Mr. Zhao Zenghe and Mr. Liu Di attended the meeting in Chengdu Daqing Hotel.

    The guests and the hosts exchanged their ideas in carrying on the project of Sichuan Ethylene and Oil Refinery, and then achieved an agreement of push forward the project. President Cao Guang of CHENGDA promised that CHENGDA would provide good services for the President project; and President Li Dongsheng expressed their trust in CHENGDA’s capability in Project Construction as well as Long Term Operation & Alteration Services.
