April 11-12, 2007, the Kick-off Meeting for Labuan 2 * 300 MW Power Plant Project had been held at the Headquarters of PLN.

    The Representatives of our company and the Client PLN discussed the issues such as organization framework, correspondence, communication procedure, and format & contents of monthly/weekly report, etc. After the meeting, we signed the Meeting Minutes, and agreed to hold the Basic Design Review Meeting in Chengdu in the near future.
PLN project group and the group, which consisted of project design Supervision Company, project construction Supervision Company and Indonesian State Grid, attended the meeting as the representatives of PLN.

    Chengda Engineering Corp. of China and Southwest Electric Power Design Institute also put in an appearance in this meeting.
