April 16,2007, CHENGDA had received the contract earnest for Labuan 2 * 300 MW Coal-Fired Power Plant Project from PLN in due form. The remitting of the earnest indicates the formally startup for this project, and it also lays the groundwork for the “going on wheels” of the next step for the project.
