April 13 2007, CHENGDA and Chongqing Jianfeng Chemical Industry Group had officially signed the Engineering Design Contract for 450,000 tpy Ammonia & 800,000 tpy Urea Project. Mr. Zeng Quanzhong-President of Chongqing Jianfeng and Mr. Cao Guang-President of CHENGDA attended the Signature Ceremony and signed the contract separately. Vice Presidents of Chongqing Jianfeng: Mr. He Ping & Mr. Li Xianwen, as well as Vice President of CHENGDA Mr. Lu Zheyu had also presented at the ceremony.

    Ammonia Plant of the Project is from the Technique Package of KBR, America; and the Urea Plant is from STAMICARBON Company. The total construction period is last for 34 months, and the total investment is RMB 2.8 billion.

    At present, the largest Fertilizer Plants are: 450,000 tpy Ammonia & 800,000 tpy Urea Project Petrol Chemical Industry Co. of Chemical Plant China National Offshore Oil Corp. and 450,000 tpy Ammonia & 800,000 tpy Urea Project of China National Petroleum Corp.; and both of the two projects are designed by CHENGDA. The Project of Chongqing Jianfeng is another largest Fertilizer Project that designed by CHENGDA.
