August 6,2007, accompanied by Doctor Ma Fukang, Chairman of Board of Beijing K.B.D science & Technology Development Co.Ltd, Mr. Parkhomenko Yury, President of Federal State Unitary Enterprises State Scientific Research and Design Institute for Rare Metals Industry of Russia visit CHENGDA. CHENGDA’s President Mr. Cao Guang warmly welcomed the guests and had a meeting with them. During the visit, the both sides had a good communication on the cooperation of polycrystalline silicon, and signed the MOU on the cooperation of Polycrystalline Silicon Project; also they achieved consensus on the strategic partners and signed the Framework Agreement.

The leaders of CHENGDA that attended the meeting were: President Mr. Cao Guang, Vice President Mr. Sun Zhi and Mr. Lu Zheyu, President Assistant & Director of International Business Department Mr. Shen Hongbin as well as Director of Project Management Department Mr. Zhou Shilin.
