On March 21, 2008, leaded by the President Caoguang, Chengda’s senior leaders and directors of major management divisions headed for Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute who is noted for its remarkable achievements in structural reform, diversified business and turn-key contracts for studying and exchange.
Chengda’s visiting group was warmed received by relevant leaders of Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute, who presented a detailed introduction of their experiences in the three areas of corporate management, project execution, as well as wage & bonus system and project cost budgets.
