On April, 12, 2008, President Cao Guang, accompanied by Assistant President Shen Hongbin met Vice President of Petro Vietnam, Madam Tran Thi Binh. The two parties amicably exchanged views on cooperation on chemical engineering projects between Petro Vietnam and Chengda.
